When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response: Some strategies that I use when I am in a mood is to to sleep, take a breathe, listen to music and digress from it all. Sleeping mostly because I can avoid those emotions. So when I sleep then wake up then typically I don’t feel those emotions as much as I did before. 

Summary: Today we were given another Digital assignment to do. We have to complete it on canva about “The yellow Wallpaper” book. We have to express the women mood and emotions throughout the book. We have to give direct quotes from the book to go along with the Ai generated images. 

Reflection: We didn’t learn anything besides how to make a canva presentation.
