Write about a place you never wanted to leave.

Prompt response: A place I have never wanted to leave was botanical gardens when I was younger. I felt so magical and at ease there. It was so beautiful and I begged my mom to let us stay longer. I felt as if I was one with nature.

Today in class we started to learn about Indian culture. We watched two videos about things that they do in their culture. Such as how they eat with their hands and not with forks and spoons. Also learned how they only eat with their right hand and the left hand is used for other services. Next we watched a video on how they shake their head when speaking with someone. They do it as a form of communication if they don’t feel like speaking. They acknowledge each other with it such as they say thank you with wobbling their hands and they say yes and no and many other things. It was very interesting to learn these things because I did not know too much about the India culture. Today’s class was very informative and Intersting. My overall day was decent, I was a little irritated today but it’s okay.
